We offer a lovely 2 Bedroom cottage in Poltimore, just outside Exeter on the edge of the National Trusts' Killerton Estate.

Guests can benefit from our high levels of cleanliness, own private entrance and 2/3 of an acre of private garden along with parking next to the property.

We are just 10 minutes from the centre of Exeter. 

The whole cottage has been recently refurbished to a high standard with beautiful country views in all directions.

Enjoy stunning sunsets, starry night skies or sit and watch a wide selection of birds from the comfort of our comfortable sofa.

The owners live next door and are always on hand to provide any local information or help.

Killerton House owned by the National Trust is just a few minutes away by car along with Danes Woods and Ashclyst Forest

We are also just 10 minutes from Exeter University by car
